Barnabas Pals are Back! 〰️
Barnabas Pals are a great way for friends in the church to connect with a child. The Barnabas Pals program is designed to foster meaningful connections within our church. Through mentorship and companionship, we pair church members with a child in our program to promote friendship, support, and spiritual growth. Participants engage in activities that encourage personal development and strengthen the kids bond with the church and each other. If you’re interested in “adopting” a barnabas pal then contact Tonya!

Connect Serve Week
-
Our upper elementary kids (rising 4th-7th graders) will get the best of both worlds with a “big kid” VBS experience in the morning and serving our neighbors in the afternoon. We will worship, play games, break into small groups for discussion and focus our time thinking about how to follow John Wesley’s first simple rule: DO GOOD. In the afternoon, we will load up in vans and head out into our neighborhoods to find ways to put our faith into action! As an extra added bonus, we will be gathering with other upper elementary UMC kids from all over our city so we can make some new friends too!
